Six Sigma for Weight Loss #21
Searching for improvements in weight control I found "The Truth about Diet and Weight Loss from Dr. Vincent Bellonzi". His experience: Diets don't work.
He recomments to identify a lifestyle that makes it easy to control your weight:
1. Eating breakfast
2. Eating three meals a day
3. Get enough sleep (7,5h)
4. Exercise daily, physical activities needed
4. Start taking control over your weight
1 to 3 are already part of my lifestyle. 4 is summarized in my I2.x improvements. 5 is realized by my Six Sigma project.
